Special needs parents group slates meeting

JACKSON — The Special Needs Parents Group is holding a meeting Feb. 28, 7 p.m., at the Crawford-Rodriguez Elementary School, 1025 Larsen Road.

The meeting is open to the public and is a way for parents of children with special needs to meet other parents. The Feb. 28 meeting will feature several speakers who will give information about camps available for special needs students.

The Inclusion Institute Committee from Jackson Memorial High School will also be presenting their committee’s Values and Action Plan. The inclusion concept involved in this plan affects all students in all grade levels.
