     DOVER TOWNSHIP — A late scoring spree led by fine perimeter shooting wasn’t enough to lift the Jackson High School boys’ basketball team past Toms River East Monday in the opening round of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association South Jersey Group IV Tournament.
