Free pet care session March 3 in Lakewood

Lakewood Community School Program, in cooperation with the Ocean County Veterinary Hospital, 838 River Ave., Lakewood, is sponsoring a free one-night session in pet care March 3, 7-9 p.m. at the hospital.

Dr. Peter Falk, veterinarian and pet care expert, will discuss vaccines, common diseases, health risks, proper nutrition, special needs of young and aging pets, selecting the appropriate pet for your family, and the impact of pet loss.
