JACKSON — The food pantry run by the Jackson Women of Today will be open for distributions on Feb. 26 from 5-7:30 p.m. The pantry is in the old library building at 65 Don Connor Boulevard.

Any resident of Jackson in need of food assistance can register at this time. Proof of identification, residency in the township and birth certificate copies of all children under the age of 18 living in the household is required. Income infor­mation must also be presented.

No one will be available for early sign-ups until 3:30 p.m. the afternoon of the distributions.

The Jackson Women of Today is a nonprofit organization of women over the age of 18 wishing to make a difference in their community. General membership meetings are held at 8 p.m. on the second Monday of each month in the community room of the Bella Terra facility on Kathleen Drive.
