CHRIS KELLY staff Neither driver was injured when one tractor-trailer rear-ended another big rig at 10:45 a.m. Monday on Route 9 north near Casino Drive, Howell. One truck began leaking fuel after the collision and Route 9 was closed for several hours while the spill was cleaned.
