Surf Corvette Club show at Allaire Park June 6 The Historic Village at Allaire State Park, Route 524, Wall Township, will hold its second annual Corvette Show presented by Surf Corvette Club and Kelle Chevrolet June 6. This is the Surf Corvette Club’s 37th annual Corvette Show and its second at the Historic Village at Allaire. The Surf Club is the oldest Corvette Club in New Jersey. The judged show is open to all Corvettes. Trophies will be awarded in several categories. The first 100 Corvette entrants will also receive a dash plaque. The show will take place in the parking lot next to the Pine Creek Railroad. A food vendor will be on the premises selling hot and cold food and drinks. The cost for show vehicles is $20 the day of the show. Registration is at 8 a.m. and judging starts at 10:30 a.m. with trophies awarded at 3:30 p.m. The rain date for the event is June 13; however, the show’s location on that date will be changed to Kelle Chevrolet, 137 Allaire Road, Farmingdale, down the street from the park. The event is a fund-raiser benefitting the historic and educational programs at the park presented by the nonprofit organization, Allaire Village Inc.
