A chair yoga class will be held for those uncomfortable with floor exercises or for those with slight disabilities or illness. The class will be held Thursdays, May 5 through June 9 (program 123544-1B), from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Ocean County Park Beach Complex in Lakewood. There will be no class May 30. The fee is $32.

A “Gentle After Work” class will be offered May 19 through June 23 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the cafeteria of the Ocean County Administration Complex, 129 Hooper Ave., Toms River. The class is for ages 15 and over, and the fee is $32 per person.
