For the Record An article in the June 16 Tri-Town News incorrectly stated that former Howell Township Council member Reinhard “Fritz” Kirchhof was the only former municipal official who testified before a special investigatory commission that held hearings relating to the Colts Neck Crossing development. Former Councilman George Pettignano also testified before the commission, as did sitting Councilwoman Cynthia Schomaker.
