Police ask for help in solving burglary

JACKSON - Police are asking residents for help in solving a burglary.

On Sept. 18, Police Officer Christo-pher Schinder responded to a call from the Pine Barrens Golf Club, South Hope Chapel Road.

An investigation revealed that un-known individuals had forced their way into the clubhouse. According to police, the suspects entered several offices and retail establishments in the clubhouse.

Police said a floor safe containing an undisclosed amount of cash, checks and gift cards was stolen.
