Community School plans Lancaster trip

The Lakewood Community School is sponsoring a two-day trip to Lancaster, Pa., April 27- 28. Trip includes bus transportation, one night's lodging, buffet breakfast, lunch at Shady Maple Restaurant, dinner and show at Dutch Apple Theater, guided tour of farmlands, shopping at Kitchen Kettle and Rockvale Outlets and more. Digital camera use

The Lakewood Community School Program is accepting registration for a four-week class on digital camera use to begin March 14 from 7-9 p.m. at Lakewood High School, 855 Somerset Ave. The fee is $25. Class will teach participants how to operate the camera, download photos to computer and create albums. Attendees should bring digital camera, manual and software to class. Howell will host

Easter in the Park

The Howell Recreation Department will host an Easter in the Park celebration March 31 from 9 a.m. to noon at Oak Glen Park. Children up to 12 are invited to participate in the egg hunt.
