Self-defense class for women scheduled April 16

A one-night women's self-defense class will be offered by the Lakewood Community School on April 16 at Lakewood High School, 855 Somerset Ave., from 7-9 p.m. Students will learn techniques to protect against street attacks, personal assaults and abductions.
