The Jackson Elks BPOE 2744 will be holding a 50/50 any lake pickerel tournament on June 9 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at a cost of $20 per person. The weigh-in will be held at 3:30 p.m.. The Howell Recreation Department will hold registration for its adult summer basketball league until April 18. Both men's and women's divisions are open to those 18 and older. All games are held at Oak Glen Park on weekday evenings. Regular season will begin in late May and run through August, plus playoffs. Fee is $95 per player with an eight-player maximum per roster.
