Knights' Father's Day event at Monmouth Park

The Howell-Jackson Knights of Col-umbus Council 6201 will hold its fifth annual Father's Day at Monmouth Park, Oceanport, June 17, starting when the gates of the thoroughbred race track open at 11:30 a.m.

Ticket prices are $28 for adults, $7 for children ages 13-17 and free for children 12 and under. The price includes all-you-can-eat barbecue food at the park, and assorted soft drinks and beer in a picnic area reserved exclusively for the Knights of Columbus.

There will also be clowns, face painters, pony rides, live music, a bounce house and more for children. Special drawings for adults will be held throughout the day.

All proceeds raised will help the Knights in their charitable endeavors in the community. Only 400 tickets will be sold. Details and tickets: (732) 942-0629.
