MOMS Club announces new board members

MOMS Club of Howell-East has announced the names of its recently elected executive board for the 2007-08 term.

They are: Joan Collier, president; Janet Schindler, vice president administration; Susan Clark, vice president membership; Melissa Riquinha, treasurer; and Marli Heagele, secretary.

MOMS (Moms Offering Moms Support) Club is an organization that provides moms who stay home with their children during the day an opportunity to socialize with other moms and children. The MOMS Club of Howell-East chapter consists of more than 25 members who participate in low- or no-cost activities for children of all age groups. Children are always welcome to attend the events and meetings. Activities may include play groups, park days, field trips, book club and speakers. The chapter supports moms whose children will attend the following Howell elementary schools: Adelphia, Ardena, Greenville, Griebling and Ramtown.
