Judith A. Bendik

Mrs. Bendik, 69, of Jackson, died Aug. 30, 2007, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and had lived in the Dongan Hills section of Staten Island, N.Y., and in Marlboro before moving to Jackson in 2002. Prior to retiring in 1983, she was an executive secretary, purchaser and trader for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, New York City. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Women's Golf Club at the Westlake Golf and Country Club, Jackson. Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Rona Reinhard of Manalapan, and her fiancé, Rick Sharp, and Stacy and Michael Harrington of Jackson; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Maryjo Torosian of Jackson; a sister, Virginia Blitzman of California; seven grandchildren; and her companion, Raymond LaMorte of Jackson. A funeral service was held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, followed by entombment at Woodbridge Memorial Park.
