Roberts and Municipal Court Administrator Anita Stevens for their dedicated public service on behalf of the residents of Plumsted. Roberts stepped forward to fill the unexpired termof her late husband of 54 years, CommitteemanMike Roberts, on June 4, 2001 and was elected to serve two additional threeyear terms from Jan. 1, 2002 to Dec. 31, 2007. Mayor Ron Dancer said Roberts was a consistent voice and vote to keep Plumsted rural and affordable. Roberts' public service was commemorated by an official Joint Legislative Resolution of the New Jersey State Senate and General Assembly. The essay should be about 500 words and must be submitted to the mayor (121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt) by March 15.
