Philomena Mirarchi Graziano

Mrs. Graziano, 94, of Lakewood, died Dec. 20, 2007, at St Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Long Branch. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she resided in Long Branch and Florida before relocating to Lakewood in 1991. Before her retirement, Mrs. Graziano was a seamstress with the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She was a parishioner at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. She was past president of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary, Lodge 742, Long Branch. Her memberships included the Catholic Daughters of America, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and the Italian American Club, Long Branch. Mrs. Graziano was predeceased by her husband, Frank, in 1991; and a stepdaughter and her husband, Rosemarie and Fred Koehler. She is survived by a brother, Sal Mirarchi of Ocean Township; two sisters, Rose Mirarchi of Brick and Mary Rosenbruch of Long Branch; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Trinity Church. Interment was at Mount Carmel Cemetery,West Long Branch.Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch.
